Sabin Maxwell works in the Manchester, New Hampshire office of Bouchard, Kleinman & Wright, P.A. He joined the firm in 2008 and became a partner in 2019. He practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense and subrogation, and landlord-tenant law. Sabin has extensive litigation experience and has built a strong practice with his persuasive writing and legal argument, including arguing for his clients before the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He values building and fostering relationships with both longstanding and new clients and advocating their interests.

Sabin is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Sabin is a past member of the Daniel Webster-Batchelder Chapter of the American Inns of Court. He was selected as a Super Lawyers, Rising Star/New England 2013-2018, Civil Litigation: Defense.

Sabin is a 2008 graduate of the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he was a member of the first class of the Daniel Webster Scholar Program, a first-of-its-kind program focused on providing graduates practical, client-ready skills. While attending law school, Sabin was also a law review editor, moot court participant, and extern with Justice Gary E. Hicks of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

A native of New Hampshire’s North Country and graduate of Colebrook Academy, Sabin lives in Concord with his daughter MJ and dog Cajun. He is an avid reader and sports fan and occasionally provides play-by-play or color commentary on Northeast Sports Network broadcasts of high school sporting events. He is currently hiking his way through New Hampshire’s 48 and New England’s 67 4,000 footers.
