About
Eric Gardner works in the Manchester, New Hampshire office of Bouchard, Kleinman & Wright, P.A. He primarily practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense and subrogation, and landlord-tenant law. Eric takes the time to analyze a client’s unique situation, understand their goals, and develop the strategy best suited to their situation. He impresses courts and colleagues with his attention to detail when approaching every aspect of a case, from in-depth legal research to compelling written and oral arguments. Eric empowers clients to navigate difficult legal matters with confidence in his knowledge and trust founded on his compassionate approach.
Eric is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
Eric is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. Prior to his second year, Eric was accepted into the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a competency-based program which provides students with practical skills and a client-ready legal education. He has also completed training on trauma-informed lawyering for domestic violence advocacy to compassionately and effectively connect with his clients. Eric’s dedication to the legal profession and community service has led him to frequently serve as a volunteer mock trial judge for undergraduate and high school students.
When he’s not deep in the weeds of the law, you’re likely to find Eric spending time with his cat Clarence or photographing one of New Hampshire’s many lakes. Eric enjoys collecting and preserving antique books published in New Hampshire.
